Hollow Space

I woke up from a dream of our first home, we were laying in the pillow forted living room

nothing bad had happened, and you were gentle and I was kind, I felt through my whole body and not just my mind

then my eyes opened and the hollow space next to me pulled the air from my lungs, I lace my hands together, thinking of ours intertwined
